🐾 Automatic Dryer Instructions
- Equipped with automatic dryers with adjustable temperature and airflow.
- Drying time with the auto dryer is 10-30 minutes longer than using a blow dryer.
- We recommend using a blow dryer for 5 mins to dry the undercoat before placing your pet in the auto dryer.
🐾 Overdue Policy
- We provide a 15-minute grace period.
- If you exceed the grace period,please settle the additional payment in-store.
🐾 Provided Supplies
- Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, disposable towels, combs, and nail clippers (scissors are not provided).
- We also recommend customers bring their own personal pet care products.

You can select your preferred time slot online and complete the payment. Upon successful payment, you will receive a unique QR code via confirmation message. Simply scan this QR code at the self-service scanner at the entrance to access the store. Alternatively, you may book your appointment directly via WhatsApp: +852 5469 8951 for personalized assistance.
A 15-minute grace period is offered for minor delays without additional charges only if there are no subsequent pet bookings for the slot; if the space is reserved for other pets, please prioritize releasing the facility for the next users. If the extension exceeds 15 minutes, you will be required to pay for a full 30-minute time slot. Payment can be made by scanning the QR code provided on-site or via bank transfer through our online customer service at WhatsApp: +852 5469 8951. Severe overstay without settling the extra fee may result in being added to the blacklist, which will restrict future booking privileges.
We offer a complete set of pet-friendly grooming essentials, including professional pet shampoo, conditioner, high-velocity dryers, drying cabinets, disposable towels, and basic brushing tools. You only need to bring your beloved pet—no extra supplies are required! Please note that if you plan to trim your pet’s fur, kindly bring your own scissors. Elevated grooming tables are also available for your convenience.
To prevent drain clogs from pet fur, please attach the provided drain sticker before using the bathtub. After bathing, simply remove and discard the sticker. We also provide pet-safe disinfectant spray throughout the studio—feel free to use it to wipe down surfaces after your session to maintain a clean environment for all users.
All time spent within the shared pet washing space (including bathing, drying, and grooming) is counted towards your paid time slot. We provide bathtubs, high-velocity dryers, and grooming tables—please estimate your required time accordingly. As mentioned, a 15-minute grace period applies to minor delays; any extension beyond 15 minutes will incur additional charges.
Estimated drying time reference (varies by coat length and thickness):
- Small-sized dogs: 20–30 minutes
- Medium-sized dogs: 30–45 minutes
- Large-sized dogs: 45–60 minutes
Longer or thicker coats will require additional drying time.
